What is robots.txt file on blogger ?
You must be very careful in operating the robots.txt file as any accidental change in the file may result in the removal of your blog from all the search engine directories. And if this happens, your blog will be nowhere. No one will be able to find your blog in search results. And you will end up with nothing. But, if you use it carefully it can do a lot good.
How to operate robots.txt file?
By default robots.txt is empty in blogger which means there’s no restriction to the search engines. Search engines can index and follow all the pages present in your blog. But, if you want the search engine not to follow certain pages like domain.com/seo.html or domain.com/blog.html then you can do so by typing some commands.
